Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using BrawlCarry™.

Prohibited Conduct

While using BrawlCarry™, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

Abusing, overloading, or attempting to disrupt the bot's normal operation.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior instead of reporting them.
Using the bot to send spam, unsolicited messages, or flood commands.
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute for a service that was delivered as agreed.

Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, accessing, or using BrawlCarry™ in any Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the bot.

Enforcement & Suspension

The owner of BrawlCarry™ reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user or server found abusing the service, without prior notice, at their sole discretion.

Nature of Service

BrawlCarry™ provides paid boosting, carrying, and coaching services for Brawl Stars, delivered by human boosters. Some services may require temporary access to the customer's game account, using credentials voluntarily provided by the customer for the sole purpose of completing the purchased order.

Third-Party Game Risk Disclosure

Account sharing is against Supercell's Terms of Service. By purchasing a service that requires account access, you acknowledge and accept the risk of temporary or permanent action against your Supercell account by Supercell, and agree this risk is inherent to the service and not the responsibility of BrawlCarry™.

Account Access & Credential Handling

Any game account credentials you provide are used solely for the duration of the ordered service. We do not retain login credentials after order completion. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your Supercell ID and changing your password after your order is delivered.

Refunds & Service Delivery

Refunds are issued at BrawlCarry™'s discretion where we are unable to deliver the service as agreed. Refunds are not owed where the service was delivered as agreed, including cases where a game account is subsequently actioned by Supercell for reasons unrelated to non-delivery.

Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a service that was delivered as agreed, without first contacting BrawlCarry™ support to resolve the issue, is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of service. BrawlCarry™ may provide evidence of service delivery (tickets, logs, confirmations) to payment processors in response to disputed transactions.

Minors

Customers who have not reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction must have parental or guardian consent and payment authorization to use paid services. All support communication takes place exclusively through the ticket system.

Service Availability

BrawlCarry™ is provided on an as-is basis. Features, commands, pricing, and availability of the service may change at any time without prior notice, including temporary or permanent discontinuation.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your own Discord account. BrawlCarry™ is not responsible for any consequences resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Affiliation Disclaimer

BrawlCarry™ is an independent, unofficial service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc. or Supercell. "Brawl Stars" is a trademark of Supercell. All product names, logos, and brands mentioned belong to their respective owners.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
