This page explains what data BrawlCarry™ collects and how it is used.
BrawlCarry™ ("the bot", "we", "us") is a Discord bot used to manage boosting orders for Brawl Stars. We only collect the data strictly necessary for the bot to function correctly, and we take your privacy seriously.
Depending on how you interact with the bot, we may store the following information:
BrawlCarry™'s bot does not independently collect or process Supercell/game account credentials. Information shared with staff inside a ticket — such as your game account email — may be retained as part of the ticket transcript for order tracking and dispute resolution. The login/access code needed to complete your order is used directly by your assigned booster for the duration of the order only and is not stored separately from the ticket. You may request deletion of your ticket transcript at any time, as described under "Data Retention & Deletion" below.
If you authorize BrawlCarry™ via Discord OAuth2 in our backup-access channel, we request the identify and guilds.join scopes. This grants us a token that lets us automatically add your Discord account to our designated backup server, without requiring you to click a new invite each time.
This token is used solely for the purpose of maintaining your membership in our backup server for service continuity, and is not used to join you to any other server, nor to take any other action on your account.
You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Discord Settings → Authorized Apps, or by requesting deletion of your token from us directly. Revoking access does not remove you from servers you already joined, and does not affect access to any service you've already purchased.
All collected data is used exclusively to operate the service: processing orders, tracking boosting progress, managing tickets, and ensuring the bot functions correctly inside your Discord server.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the bot's core functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties. Data is never shared outside of what is required for the bot to operate through Discord's official infrastructure.
BrawlCarry™ operates exclusively through Discord's official API and complies with Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Developer Policy.
Data is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting the bot owner.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
